Styled Shoot
Chris Erk started a tap dance organization aimed at getting people dancing and teaching tap to people of all ages called the Tap Factor. During his recent visit to Dayton, Ohio we styled this dramatic theatrical shoot with the talented model Arielle Bucio. These images were all taken in a pitch black warehouse, so bravo on the fantastic in-the-dark modeling!

Chris is a super talented Tap Dancer who has spent the last 12 months touring the globe with Post Modern Jukebox. He is currently a resident of New York City but likes to spend time with his old friends here in Dayton, Ohio at least once a year.
He started a tap dance organization called the Tap Factor. They facilitate dance workshops and performances for people of all ages. I started photographing him over 5 years ago and almost every year since.
During his recent visit to the Gem City we did a three part photoshoot that I'm excited to feature on my blog! First is this a Styled Theatrical Portrait shoot.

Meet Liz. She is a kick ass yoga instructor at Kali Yoga Studio in Washington D.C. We met up to do some basic yoga poses for her intro to yoga classes. Seriously I can do yoga, so anyone can! She makes it really easy to learn and she is so down to earth.

BEST FRIEND WEDDING DRESS SHOOT-Some best friends wear matching friendship bracelets. Others opt for tattoos. But for these ladies who’s over a decade friendships celebrated their bond with something a little more magical! Married best friends all re-lived their amazing wedding day and put on their gowns for some ultimate girlie time in front of the camera. This a great reason to wear that expensive white dress ONE MORE TIME without trashing it. In celebration of their weddings and their friendships together, these ladies have approximately 13 total years of being wives and a total 16 years of being besties! What a creative way to celebrate your bond with your girlfriends!
P.S. Hubbies, pets and children were also included!
